Tradeline King ("we," "us," or "our"), operating at tradelineking.store, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every customer who uses our authorized-user tradeline marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. By using this website, registering an account, or completing a purchase, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill our service. Specifically:
- Account information: name, email address, and a hashed password when you register an account.
- Authorized-user information (collected at checkout): legal full name, date of birth, last four digits of Social Security number, mailing address, phone number, and email address — used solely to add you as an authorized user on the tradeline(s) you purchase.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only Stripe's order/session identifiers and the order amount.
- Credit monitoring credentials (only when used): if you submit a non-posting claim and grant us read-only access to a credit monitoring service for verification, the credentials you provide are used one time, are not stored long-term, and are deleted within 14 days of claim resolution.
- Communications: messages you send through our contact form, email, or phone, and our responses to them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, timestamps, and basic page analytics — used to operate the site, monitor security, and improve performance.
We never request your full Social Security number, online banking passwords, or credit card PINs. Anyone claiming to represent Tradeline King and asking for those items is not us. Report any such attempt to support@tradelineking.store.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill your tradeline purchase — i.e., to coordinate with a primary cardholder and add you as an authorized user.
- To process payments via Stripe and issue refunds or replacement tradelines under our Non-Posting Policy.
- To send transactional emails — order confirmations, posting instructions, and support replies.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form, email, or phone.
- To verify non-posting claims via the credit monitoring access you voluntarily provide.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and protect against fraud or abuse.
- To comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, or court orders.
3. What We Do NOT Do With Your Information
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any reason.
- We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing from outside companies.
- We do not share authorized-user information beyond the primary cardholder of the specific tradeline(s) you purchased.
- We do not pull your credit report ourselves and we are not a credit reporting agency.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small set of vetted third-party processors to operate the service. Each is contractually bound to handle your data only for the purposes described:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- MongoDB Atlas — encrypted database hosting.
- Emergent — application and infrastructure hosting.
- Overrank.ai — content delivery for editorial pages (does not process customer PII).
- Primary cardholders — individuals who own the credit card accounts on which you are added as an authorized user. They receive only the minimum information required by their issuer to add you (typically: legal name, date of birth, last 4 of SSN, and current address).
5. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. Passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing — we cannot read or recover your password. Authentication uses signed, httpOnly session cookies. Payment card data never touches our servers and is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Our database is hosted in an encrypted environment with access restricted to authorized personnel. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Account records: retained for as long as your account is active.
- Order records (incl. AU information): retained for 7 years from the date of purchase to comply with financial-record retention requirements.
- Credit monitoring credentials (when supplied for a non-posting claim): deleted within 14 days of claim resolution.
- Communications: retained for 3 years.
- Server logs: retained for 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to our legal record-retention obligations (see Section 6).
- Opt-out of communications — unsubscribe from any non-transactional email at any time.
- Do Not Sell — we do not sell your information, so this right is automatically honored.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@tradelineking.store from the email address associated with your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent sign-in and checkout from working.
9. Children's Privacy
Tradeline King is not intended for and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tradelineking.store and we will delete it.
10. State-Specific Rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in either) and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. 11. International Users
Tradeline King is operated from and intended for use within the United States. Authorized-user tradelines are a U.S. credit-system product. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
